نہ خبر, نہ خواب, ڪو اوٺي آئيو

ھتي جو ھت ڪھين, ڏنو ڪون جواب 

ھميرن حساب, ڪة ڄاڻان ڪنء ٿئو

No news, no dream vouchsafed to me no messenger  doth come; 

From 'there  to  here', there's no reply, no answer to my  plea- Princes, 

I know not what must be accounts you  did render.
